• If you would like to arrive earlier or depart later, please contact reception in good time.

• Towels, toiletries and a sewing kit can be found in the bathroom.
• If required, additional towels are available free of charge at reception. Toothbrush sets are also available there for €2.50 per set.

• Please remember to return your key card to reception by 11:00 a.m.
• For a late check-out, we kindly ask you to contact reception in advance and in good time.

• Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas.
• Room service: Daily from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The room service fee is €8.00.

• The evacuation plan is located on the inside of your room door.
  • In the event of an emergency, please follow the instructions of the staff.

• You are welcome to charge your e-bike in our garage. Please note that we accept no liability for this.
• Alternatively, you may take the battery of your e-bike to your room and charge it there.

• Breakfast: Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; Saturday, Sunday & public holidays from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the SeeLaVie Restaurant.
• Bistro: Monday to Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. For restaurant recommendations outside our opening days, please contact reception.
• Bar: Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Room service: Please place your order at reception as required. An €8.00 service charge applies.

• Pets are welcome upon request and for an additional fee of €20.00 per dog. Please note that pets may only be accommodated in the designated rooms on the ground floor.
• Upon request, you are welcome to receive a small welcome snack and a bowl for your four-legged friend at reception.

• Information about excursions and events, as well as brochures and city maps, can be found in the hotel lobby and at the tourist information office located directly next door.

• Cots and suitable bed linen are available upon request at reception for an additional fee.
• A food warmer and a baby monitor are available free of charge upon request.
• A baby changing room can be found on the ground floor in the accessible restroom.
• In our bistro, our youngest guests can choose from a special children’s menu. Please note our opening hours.

• If you would like a contactless check-in or are arriving after 9:00 p.m., please let us know in advance and in good time. On the right-hand side of the main entrance, you will find our key safe, where we will leave your room key card. You can open the main entrance using the sensor on the left-hand side of the entrance door. Further information will be sent to you by email on the day of your arrival.

• Would you like a contactless check-out? You are welcome to drop your room key card into the mailbox at the main entrance.
• Please settle any outstanding charges on the evening before your departure.

• In our Kuhlinarium on the ground floor, an interactive whiteboard and a laptop are available free of charge for internal and external communication. Our trained staff will be happy to show you how to use the equipment on site. Please note that the room can only be used with prior reservation.
• Upon request, we can also provide you with a mobile phone for making calls.

• If you have lost something, please report it to reception immediately.

• To help protect the environment and conserve resources, we do not provide minibars in our rooms. Instead, we look forward to welcoming you to our cosy bar.
• Alternatively, you can find chilled drinks and small snacks available around the clock at our Maxibar on the ground floor, directly next to the lift.

• During opening hours, we are happy to provide wake-up calls and luggage assistance. Please feel free to ask our reception team!
• Bistro: Monday to Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. & 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
• Bar: Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Sauna area: Monday to Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

• Free parking spaces are available in our hotel car park, subject to availability.
• If no parking space is available, our reception team will be happy to assist you. Public parking spaces in the surrounding area are subject to charges.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and public areas of the hotel. Designated smoking areas are located on the balconies and in front of the main entrance.
• In the event of violations of the smoking ban, the hotel reserves the right to charge any resulting costs.

• Please store your valuables in the safe. Detailed instructions on how to use the safe can be found in your room.

• As a hotel guest, you can use our approximately 130 m² sauna area free of charge. Various saunas and heat cabins, an aroma shower and panoramic views over the lake invite you to relax.
• Sauna towels and a small refreshment are available directly in the sauna area. Additional towels and slippers can be borrowed free of charge at reception.
• If bathrobes are not returned, a fee of €30.00 per bathrobe will be charged.
• Opening hours:  Monday to Saturday: 3:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. and Sunday: 3:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

• A sewing and ironing service is available upon request.
• If you require luggage or shuttle services, please contact reception well in advance.
• Our reception is available from 6:30 a.m. for wake-up calls.

• A shoehorn, bathrobe and slippers are provided in your room for your complimentary use.
• In our guest information folder, you will find – in addition to the information on our website – current information about events at our hotel and around the lake.

• We will be happy to arrange a taxi for you through reception.

• We are committed to sustainable tourism and appreciate your support. Please help us conserve resources by having towels and bed linen changed only when necessary and opting out of daily room cleaning.

• International power adapters are available to borrow free of charge at reception.

• In our garage, you will find a shoe-drying machine, a shoe-cleaning machine and a coat rack for your wet or dirty hiking clothes.
